On July 26, with the great support of the Huadu District People’s Government of Guangzhou Municipality, the unveiling ceremony of Lanyou Technology’s wholly-funded subsidiary Lanyou Zhilian Technology Co., Ltd. was held grandly in Huadu, Guangzhou.

Luo Ganzheng, member of the Standing Committee of the Huadu District CPC Committee and executive deputy district head, leaders of the Administrative Committee of Huadu Auto city, the Administrative Committee of Huadu Economic and Technological Development Zone, and Huadu District Productivity Promotion Center, Trade Union Chairman Zheng Lehua of Dongfeng Nissan, DFS President Pan Chengzheng, DFS Vice President Chen Haocun, Lanyou Zhilian Executive Director Hu Yongli, Lanyou Zhilian President Xia Pengtao, etc. were present.

Lanyou Zhilian Technology Co., Ltd. will focus on R&D and manufacture in the ICV sector, and develop ICV manufacturing and innovation capabilities to help carmakers realize industry interconnection and digital transformation.

In recent years, the global automotive industry has entered a critical stage of upgrading and transformation, China is turning from a major automotive country to a strong one, and intelligence, networking and electrification have become new drivers to the upgrading of China’s automotive industry. In order to further pool resources, give full play to Lanyou Technology’s advantages in the ICV field, and promote Huadu District’s economic development and prosperity, Lanyou Zhilian Technology Co., Ltd. has emerged.

At the ceremony, Luo Ganzheng, member of the Standing Committee of the Huadu District CPC Committee and executive deputy district head, said, Lanyou Technology was the fore runner in the ICV industry in Huadu District, and Lanyou Zhilian Technology Co., Ltd.was significant for the development of the ICV industry in Huadu District. He believed that Lanyou Zhilian would certainly help accelerate the digitalization process of the district’s automotive industry, and promote the high-quality development of a modern industry system in the district. The district government would support the prompt implementation of relevant projects by providing a favorable business climate and perfect enterprise services.

DFS President Pan Chengzheng said Lanyou Technology’s digitalization and intelligence layout not only concerned the growth of Lanyou Technology and DFS, but also made it a pacesetter in the innovation and development for Dongfeng Nissan or even Dongfeng Motor Corporation as a whole. Lanyou Zhilian was expected to grasp new opportunities and rise to new challenges in its development, keep improving the industry value chain, enhance its own strength through business development,spot new chances in value services, and made achievements quickly, there by making new contributions to Huadu District inbuilding an industry chain of key automotive parts and an ICV electronic industry cluster, and supporting the development of ICV and autonomous drivingin Huadu.

Lanyou Zhilian Executive Director Hu Yongli said, Lanyou Zhilian would establish an R&D headquarter with an R&D center, an ICV laboratory and a big data center in Huadu. The R&D team would have 1,200 members by the end of 2021 and over 2,000 members by 2025. In the meantime, Lanyou Zhilian will establish a manufacturing headquarter in Huadu to make intelligent automotive parts, with a planned production capacity of 3 million, mainly including ICV products, vehicle control products, onboard products, and software and hardware products for automotive digitalization and intelligence.

Lanyou Zhilian has startedin-depth cooperation with a number of leading internet technology enterprises,including Huawei, Alibaba, Tencent and Baidu in areas such as cutting-edge technologies, new business models, industry chain ecology integration. In the future, Lanyou Zhilian will join hands with more ecology partners to create a bright future for ICV in the automotive industry.
