Lan-you Technology helps DHAC's digitization enter a new stage

Digital transformation is one of the important tasks in the reform of state-owned enterprises, an endogenous driving force for high-quality development of modern enterprises, and a powerful anchor for innovation-driven development of enterprises. Under the reform requirements of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission to build a world-class enterprise, Dongfeng Group released its digital transformation strategy and required all its affiliates to accelerate the deployment. In such a context, Dongfeng Honda Auto Parts Co., Ltd. (DHAC) has joined forces with Lan-you Technology to strive for the vision of "manufacturing with ingenuity and intelligence and continuously providing reliable automobile parts to customers around the world". It has also formulated a 5-year planning path to support the informatization in a reasonable and orderly manner with the purpose of comprehensively supporting the achievement of business improvement goals through 7 major measures.

Recently, with the successful launch of the production operation MOM system in Crankshaft Line 6, the five major systems (BOM product data management, MOM manufacturing operation management, SRM procurement management, budget execution, and INFRA)have been launched in the first phase of digitalization of DHAC, marking that the digital transformation of DHAC has entered a new stage.

The digitalization plan of DHAC depicts the construction blueprint around the core value chain from the policy perspective of efficient, high-precision and low-cost manufacturing, in order to establish seven major systems, including the five systems in the first phase, sales revenue management system and management decision analysis system, so that DHAC can strive for the goal of becoming the No.1 plant with the best QCD.
