Lanyou Technology helps DHAC's digitization enter a new stage

Digitaltransformation is one of the important tasks in the reform of state-ownedenterprises, an endogenous driving force for high-quality development of modernenterprises, and a powerful anchor for innovation-driven development ofenterprises. Under the reform requirements of the State-owned AssetsSupervision and Administration Commission to build a world-class enterprise,Dongfeng Group released its digital transformation strategy and required allits affiliates to accelerate the deployment. In such a context, Dongfeng HondaAuto Parts Co., Ltd. (DHAC) has joined forces with Lanyou Technology to strivefor the vision of "manufacturing with ingenuity and intelligence andcontinuously providing reliable automobile parts to customers around theworld". It has also formulated a 5-year planning path to support theinformatization in a reasonable and orderly manner with the purpose ofcomprehensively supporting the achievement of business improvement goalsthrough 7 major measures.

Recently,with the successful launch of the production operation MOM system in CrankshaftLine 6, the five major systems (BOM product data management, MOM manufacturingoperation management, SRM procurement management, budget execution, and INFRA)have been launched in the first phase of digitalization of DHAC, marking thatthe digital transformation of DHAC has entered a new stage.

Thedigitalization plan of DHAC depicts the construction blueprint around the corevalue chain from the policy perspective of efficient, high-precision andlow-cost manufacturing, in order to establish seven major systems, includingthe five systems in the first phase, sales revenue management system andmanagement decision analysis system, so that DHAC can strive for the goal ofbecoming the No.1 plant with the best QCD.

Theseven major systems built by DHAC and Lanyou Technology use informationtechnology to optimize the management process and connect all managementsections, which enables the business systems to be interconnected and the datato be integrated and analyzed to support scientific decision-making, managementstandardization, operation specialization and operational synergy, improvingthe management and operational efficiency of workshops and production lines.This has efficiently supported the implementation of strategies, enhanced thecore competitiveness of the enterprise, and ultimately achieved the goal of"continuous improvement of corporate health".

Since2019, Lanyou Technology has established a cooperative relationship with DHAC.From providing IT support to providing informatization consulting, and then todeeply participating in DHAC’s informatization planning, the depth and breadthof cooperation between the two sides have been strengthened continuously. In2022, based on the rich results and experience of cooperation, the two sidesformally signed the IT Strategic Cooperation Agreement to comprehensively speedup digital transformation.
