Recently, the Guangzhou Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureau issued the Notice on Disclosing ofthe List of Key Platforms Empowering the Four Development Trends in Guangzhou (Third Batch), which included 36 platforms. In order to implement Several Measures of Guangzhou Municipality for Empowering New-type Industrialization through the Special Action of Four Development Trends Platforms under theGuidelines of the 20^th National CPC Congress (Sui Zhi Zao QiangShi [2023] No.1), and the Implementation Plan of the Guangzhou Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureau for Enterprises with Platforms Empowering the Four Development Trends (Sui GongXin Gui Zi [2023] No.2), and gather core elements to support four development trends platforms and their empowering ecology, 36 key platforms empowering the "four development trends", such as the “Tencent Cloud AI Platform” of Tencent Cloud Computing (Beijing) Co., Ltd., are hereby disclosed through enterprise application, expert evaluation, etc. (See the attachment fordetails.)

The four development trends refer to digitalization, networking,intelligence and green development. Thekey platforms empowering the four development trends are an important move ofGuangzhou Municipality to implement the guidelines of the 20th National CPCCongress, and the strategy of “adhering to industry first and building amanufacturing city”. To promote the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry towards the four development trends, it is necessary to expand, rely on and make good use of these platforms, and fully leverage their“third-party power” to empower industries and service enterprises, and provide transformation and upgrading services to enterprises through “digital transformation, networked collaboration, intelligent transformation and green improvement”.

Through advantageous resources and technological innovation, Lanyou Technology empowers the intelligent manufacturing industry cluster and builds an industrylevel industrial internet platform, which is centered on C2M, and based on technology and data, and integrates industry chain ecology. It provides intelligent manufacturing solutions to enterprises and realizes value-added sharing among all parties in the industry chain.
