DFPC and Lanyou Technology enter into a strategic partnership to embrace future vehicle digitalization and intelligence

Both sides grasped the opportunity of digital economy development to empower the transformation and upgrading of traditional businesses with digital technology, and utilized their respective advantages to realize high-quality development. On May 25, Dongfeng Motor Parts and Components Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “DFPC”) and Shenzhen Lanyou Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Lanyou Technology”) signed a framework agreement for strategic cooperation.

Chen Xinglin, Vice President of Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “DFL”), and Chairman and General Manager of DFPC, Cai Shilong, Secretary of the DFPC Party Committee, and Chen Haocun, Deputy General Manager of Shenzhen DFS Industrial Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “DFS”), attended the contract signing ceremony. Luo Yaohua, Deputy General Manager of DFPC, and Hu Yongli, General Manager of Lanyou Technology, signed a framework agreement for strategic cooperation. The ceremony was presided over by Xia Pengtao, General CPC Branch Secretary and Deputy General Manager of Lanyou Technology.

In the context of digital business transformation, intelligent parts and intelligent manufacturing, DFPC and Lanyou Technology sought joint development by sharing resources on the principle of development, win-win, equality and reciprocity in face of the complex and changeful market competition landscape. This strategic partnership mainly covered IT building and digitalization, intelligent equipment, intelligent parts, intelligent cockpits, and automobile engineering. The entities involved include Lanyou Technology, DFPC and its core business units, including Dongfeng Machine Tool Plant, Dongfeng Electric Drive Systems Co., Ltd., and Dongfeng Yanfeng Automotive Seating Systems Co., Ltd.
